Undermining Democracy

The Radical Left elites have figured out another way to bypass democracy. You can change your sex without surgery in New York City by simply changing the gender information on your birth certificate. This move will render Constitutional Amendments and legislation meaningless because a gay couple could be legally considered a man and a woman and therefore eligible for "heterosexual" marriage.

In addition to the dangers posed by unelected, almost unaccountable bureaucrats trumping the law making rights of elected legislatures, there is the twin issues of the New York City Health Department twisting language and enabling people to legally commit fraud. They are allowing people to deny basic facts-legally commit fraud- on their birth certificates. If they are allowed to redefine facts then other bureaucracies may try to bypass the law by redefining facts or legally committing fraud. Zoning Boards may impose religious or political tests by redefining those tests as zoning issues. Permits might be denied to persons of certain unpopular persuasion on the grounds that their presence might lower property values in the neighborhood. Zoning boards could use this same twisting of language to deny that they are engaging in political or religious discrimination.

Once you allow bureaucrats to twist language and enable people to commit fraud there is no barrier to any infringement on rights or perversion of the law. If with the stroke of a pen you can erase facts or make words mean whatever you want whenever you want then you could relieve people of legitimate legal obligation or make other debtors of debts they did not incur. You could imprison or bankrupt political enemies. The Rule of Law would end because there is no standard by which anything is measured. There is no justice in this madness only those with access to political power dominating and victimizing those who do not.

Bush and Kerry: Act 1

Just when everyone thought that the Democrats were going to stomp the Republicans in the elections, Senator and Bonesman John Kerry comes to the rescue of his fellow Bonesman President George W. Bush. The recent Democratic resurgence was the result of a well timed release of the Foley perversions. As the links below show at least some some of the operatives behind the timing are Republicans.

However it seems the Republicans are not the only ones shooting their own party. Kerry's infamous insult of the military, essentially saying that they are dumb, shifted the momentum away from favoring Democrats toward favoring Republicans. Either Kerry is really very dumb or it was calculated to cause Republicans who thought about abandoning the party to line up like ducks in a row.

The big winner in these scandals are the political elites. The big loser is good people who vote for "the lesser of two evils". The elites have shown that they can sink to any depth of depravity they want and by stirring up greater fear or contempt for the other side get people to compromise more and more. When will people realize that voting for the "lesser of two evils" is insane. We compromise more and more and get less and less in return. This author now knows better. As they say "Fool me once,shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!"

October Revolution part 1

There is a coup d'état attempting to take over our country even as I write. There are at least a dozen scandals rocking the Republican Party. The timing of the release of this information was obviously not accidental but deliberate. No surprise here. A rule of thumb is that any significant political development the month prior to an election is likely timed.

When I first heard these stories I thought that the Democrats were behind this but There is growing evidence that Republicans are included among those who engineered this scheme. Fifth columns have taken over the Republican Party. There is an Islamist neo-fascist fifth column. There is a gay fifth column. It appears that the militant homosexual wing of this fifth column engineered this to undermine Evangelical influence in the government.

This fifth column raises question about the Future of the Republican Party, the Integrity of Evangelical leadership, and the Future of Evangelical participation in politics
